Hello, everyone!
It’s been quite a while since I’ve done a project announcement. For those of you who have been around for a while, welcome back to TBM Games, and for those of you who are new, welcome to this humble corner of the planes.
TBM Games is a blog devoted to expanding your Fifth Edition stories, from new subclasses and classes to monsters and alternative rules systems. While there are certainly a lot of sources for quality materials and adventures for your Fifth Edition games, our hope is to provide you with game content that you wouldn’t find elsewhere, intended to inspire you to create your own adventures.

Governor Flint –
I write you with the utmost urgency, as the situation your province faces continues to deteriorate – the supplies provided by Fort Tempest have proven inadequate in our Marshalls’ attempts to reestablish safe roads through Rust Moon. Travelers face the constant threat of banditry during the day, and I need not remind you of the Lycans, who seem to grow in force with each full moon. I have heard reports that Fort Tempest has deployed more soldiers to supervise yet another of Rust Moon’s mines in the West.
Should Fort Tempest fail to rally fresh soldiers to defend your people, I assure you that there will not be enough silvers in Bronze Hill for you to carry for all the blood on your hands. This governance in absentia must end, and I know that I am not the only one of your Marshalls to express this sentiment.
Pearce Grayforge,
Rust Moon Marshalls
Rust Moon is a setting intended for simultaneous release for both the newest incarnation of Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition and Tales of the Valiant. The setting takes a departure from traditional fantasy to offer a setting reminiscent of the Old West. The resource-rich Rust Moon province is composed of scattered townships threatened from all sides by fearsome lycans and ancient desert threats, all the while promised aid from its government which never comes. What role will you play in the Rust Moon Territory? A law-bringing traveler who returns hope to Rust Moon’s beleaguered people? A prospector seeking their fortune and future in the sands? A desperate homesteader trying to stand firm and defend their home from bandits and a corrupt government? Or a lycan, seeking some new sense of home that it’s lost to the curse of the moon?
Features
- A Gazetteer exploring the geography and peoples of Rust Moon
- Guidelines for writing adventures and creating characters in the Rust Moon Territory

The Rust Moon Territory stands as an expansive land of both promise and danger – what trails will you blaze on this new frontier?
